isnt he cute?

Look at his lil' teeth
My friends think Ive lost it since I talk about Potato (his name) like he's a person or something... anyways, Im getting a bigger tank for him soon, and I was just brainstorming about converting potato to full SW, I was wondering if he'll be compatable with clown fish, or any other marine fish??

Thanks for any info.

I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!
as far as the SW conversion, i don't know. i haven't done much brackish research to konw the sg differences and such. hopefully someone else can help with that.
BUT HE IS SOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!! (i'd get one if i had the tank space, but i love my two dwarfs, just as cute :D )

Fantastic fishie, love him  , must admit most of my family and work mates think I'm madding talking to my puffers, just so irresistable :D

Pufferpack will be your man for the SW question, personally I don't think they'll be able to cope with it, I'm pretty sure the SG of SW tanks is quite a bit different to that of BW.

Oh wow!!! What great pics and he's so cute! I want to get puffers so bad. I will within the next year tho.

Thanks for posting the pics and hope to see more.

BTW, I like the name potato. :smb:

Beautiful pics BlueDSM...Potato is such a cutie

From what I've been reading the GSP's do well in full marine conditions (as they mature they require more salt so converting them young is no problem), but I think the problem with tankmates will persist. I'm not familure with too many marine species but I would suggest you check with Pufferpunk, she keeps her GSP's in Marine and has tried a few different tankmates (clown fish incl. I believe) so would be able to advise better.

I Nominate pic#1 for FOTM  :kewlpics:

Those are the best GSP puffer pics I have seen......are you sure you aren't a national geographic photographer?

FOTM!

post these in the pictures section so you can get FOTM!

Cool, thanks for the compliments:blush: ....

actually, my girlfriend took those pics, I just cropped it and adjusted the contrast/brightness since it came out way to bright.

The camera is a 2.0 megapixel Fuji used with the flash, on the macro setting.
Ill get the exact model number if you like...Im more of a 35mm SLR type of guy, I have taken pics of my GSP with the 35mm, Ill scan them when they get developed.

Ive posted pics up in the pic section, along with 2 new pictures of Potato's new tankmates :hyper:

Go look!!!

Thanks again guys :fish:
