Yep, which is fortunate as i love these but couldnt find any anywhere, as I say found this labelled as a Blue Acara for £2.

Cant wait to see this and my EBJD fully grown in a 180gal, that should be a great sight!

£2 was a great steal, at work we sell them at about that size for £13.50

Nice EBJD and good deal on your false Blue Acara. As for your Hybreed he looked like one of the offspring that my convict and jack dempsy produced but the red on the dorsal fin is different. If it is that cross they get really mean i had to euthanize all the fry and only let one of the offspring grow to about 4 inches before he started attacking my oscar. Oh and good luck with EBJD, I have not had any luck keeping one for longer than 8 months.

Thanks, apparently it is a true Blue acara, although I am begining to have problems with that an the Gold Saum so it will have to be moved to my other tank, or sent back to the shop. The EBJD I have had for about 3 months only I think. Seems to be going well so far but i know that can all change pretty quick. Heres hoping
