First is my community 55US gallon. It's my Fresh/lightly salted tank. It has 3 Angels, 1 Spotted Climbing Perch, 3 different Gouramies, 3 Rams, 1 Figure 8 Puffer, 1 Common pleco, 1 Dojo Loach, & 1 Columbian Shark!

What it used to be is my dad's old Salt water tank, the new one is my old 20 gallon. All these fish died because my dad had copper in the water, I'm still pissed about that :rip:

What do you think of them?!?!?!?!

Tanks look great, was worth almost crashing my PC! Angels are gorgeous.

To be brutally honest, I'd prefer a background on the big tank, other than that it's lovely. :good:

There both the same tank. The Fresh verson has no background, the white is just shades for the window.

Looks great! What type of rams are they in the very first picture, and how does your figure of 8 puffer get on with the rest of the tankmates? Does the puffer like the freshwater, as I did read somewhere that they prefer brackish water...

The rams are gold, and the puffer is fine with the others. I've had him for about a month and he likes the freshwater as far as I can tell.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I know I've been meaning to get a backgroung, but I'm saving for some discus, which I have to spend $75 on in order to pick them up at a facility, or spend the $40 on shipping for a place that is only an hour and a half away. So after that I'll get a background for the 55gal.

UPDATED with some of my old fish.

Fig.8s will tolerate FW but wont thrive in it. It will be susceptible to disease as their nervous system would weaken. Also, their life span will lessen. After all, they aren't categorized brackish water fish for nothing m8.
