Hi,

Here are some pictures of my Juwel Lido aquarium and fish. I apologize for the picture quality as my camera phone is my only camera. Also due to it's slow shutter speed I can't get a good picture of my Guppies.

Very nice! Youv'e done a wonderful job and the fish look great. To make it 100% though, I would add some real or fake Vallis to the back of the tank. :)

lovely set up, not only does it look good but the fish will love the bogwood and plants, you obviously put a lot of thought on how to set it up. Fish look good too, nice variation and they all look healthy and good.

Hi,

Thanks very much for your replies and nice comments.

I like the idea of adding Vallis. As I want the tank to be low maintenance, and because I need to keep the lighting relatively low to see my plecs, I'm going to add some plastic Vallis. When it arrives I'll try the Vallis at the back and the Swords at the front, and vise versa to see which looks best.

yes indeed, very nice tank setup and fish are beautiful.

Lovely tank. How big is that L134 of yours? He looks so tiny  , even smaller than the Sterbai.

Great setup.

Hi,

Thanks again for the nice comments. :)

My L134 is about 1½". It is my pride and joy. :D I am SO happy the way it has settled in. It is eating well, becoming more confident joining the feeding frenzy. Also it's very active and spends most of the time in view even when the lights are on, but I don't use them much, just natural light and cold cathodes.

I've actually changed the layout and removed the Guppies and Clown Plec to my 10G I've set up next to my bed. I'll try and take some more pictures tonight and post them.

Andy :)

Looking great. Love the new layout.

Great to hear the little L134 settled in well. They are so gorgeous. I have two in my tank, huge now and they are so gorgeous. Still get that excited feeling when I see them swimming about or under a log.

:good:
