Lovely tank and pics, how do they get on with sand as i've never tryed it on my goldfish, does yours love algae tablet as mine do.
My goldy would suck up a lot of sand as he thought it was food, so I switched him to a gravel tank and he seems to do better that way. Although he had an easier time finding food on the bottom of the sand than he does in the gravel.

I have never tried an algae wafer in there before. :dunno: I will try that when I feed them. What else do you feed your goldies?

Get abit of tank water and place them in a small container, as they try to eat the algae tablet in one go and it's to dry it has to soak a while, goldfish they almost eat anything, even given them brown bread as a treat, and soaked cat biscuits before now.

My goldies don't usually come to the surface for food, they wait until it sinks to the bottom. Do yours do the same?

Top and bottom they eat there pellets from the top, and he is always digging in the gravel for food, makes me laugh that's all he does tweety pie, orange pip is not to bad she isn't a piggy like tweetie pie.

Ooooooh how sweet is this picture?
They're adorable little boys, for SURE.

Sorry guys he's not mine, got him off the net for my avator, wish he was though he's a little cutie.

Awww, he's totally super cute though!
he looks like a bird, a puffer fish and a blimp were crossed, painted white and given an orange afro wig.

lol

 GAH! I just moved the coffee table where my divided 10 gallon sits to the other corner of my room and the divider somehow moved along with the water and let Deiter over on Cotton Candy's side. Good thing I was right there when it happened. Each one got a good strand of each other' tails off. Time to add the salt I suppose.

Hope they grow back okay.

-Goes off to put them in their jars while I silicone the divider to the sides of the tank as well.-

Hey - Lucky said to tell them to STOP RIPPING THEIR TAILS OFF on purpose...

LOL
I should print out the picture of Lucky and tape it to their tank as a reminder. If they decide to jump over the divider they could have no tail. Or maybe one of them would think Lucky was cute and make a bubble nest.

I wish I had Lucky. You're really "lucky" to have him. I saw one at petsmart that had a half tail, but none that had NO tails. :p
