ALASKA> The bamboo is not doing to well in my tank. I am going to take it out but it will go in another tank. That tank gets a fair bit of algae, so it doesn't look too hot at the minute!

Um, that particular kind of hillstream loach was about £2.50 but my chinese ones were £5!

If im not mistaken, Brucilla is a Leopard Frog Pleco (L134)

You can put bamboo in a tank? For some reason I have it growing in the dead end across the street from me. I live in New York. On Long Island.

we use bambo as caves (2-3 inch hole)

it makes the water a bit 'thick' for a while... more surface tension....

when we did it again i boiled it for a few hours first - changing the water loads... didnt have the problem again
