He seems perfectly fine on his own, he didnt like the company of the other tetras, pretty sure he helped in their demise

Looks like a girl to me! I have also noticed my phantom tetras are an odd species of fish, lots of squabbling and the girls are definitely the boss! - I think they stress out more than other fish, wonder if they are interbred? - males from good stock have a stunning black coloration with metallic finish but you rarely see them like this in the shops!?

Love all your other fish, especially the rainbows!
