Photos of renovated planted tank

Wow, thanks everybody for the pleasant comments! :) :)

I've gone through hell trying to make my tank look like it does now. A lot of hours of sweat and stress came with the work I'll tell you that much. I remember I used to only dream about those nicely planted tanks I saw online, and now it's a reality! If anybody has any questions or comments, feel free to ask! Thanks again :)

Took some more pictures of my clowns today :)

lol, the plant cost was huge at first, then it continued as some plants didn't like the water chemistry, so they had to be replaced. I've done a few renovations already. Thanks

nice tank, i love all the plants
what kind of CO2 system do u have DIY or did ya buy 1?

All I use are two 2L bottles mixed biweekly, so that when one begins to run out, a new one is mixed in the other, so I try to maintain constant bubbling. All I use is a pH meter to check the Carbonic Acid(keeping the pH around 6.8-7.0 in the water, water changes, and if a fish died, cause it's usually impossible to spot a fish deep in the plants.

Thanks guys. :)

Finally got to use my new camera so I thought I'd post some more pictures

I think it could look even better with more vallis on the left side, but that's just me . . . looks great!

Awesome tank Konrad! Glad to see your algae's gone. Is that Echinodorus Tennulus in the foreground? How much light do you have and what spectrum is it? TOTM nomination too.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think I'll put some leftover vals from before on the left side.
gf225 - yeah from what I remember it's the tennulus. It started to grow especially well after I changed the bulbs. I have 160 watts. 1x40Wx10000K coralife "something", 1x40Wx6500K coralife trichromatic, 1x40Wx6700K philips natural sunshine, 1x40Wx16000K powerglo(for depth). I made a spectroscope to make sure I'm getting full spectrum and it matches almost identical to the sunlights.
