Why do you want to lower it?
MOST fish will become accustomed to higher or lower pH levels, provided they aren't TOO drastic (like 10 or 3), and that it's not a sudden pH swing.
In any case, one of the best ways of lowering pH is adding a piece of bogwood or driftwood.
