I'm waiting on some plants being delivered to get mine set up. Ordered off 'plants alive' over 3 weeks ago still nothing, emailed them again tonight only gonna wait another few days, very disappointing service. But anyway back to the point, still undecided maybe a shoal of neons and a few otos or try and breed some guppys not sure really. Wot u doin yourself corin castle?

Everyone got a email from plants alive on tuesday evening stating why the plants are delayed. The place they ship them from has suffered some flooding which has made the supplies extremely limited as ive spoken with Gill and also seen the email.

In the email it also stated they would refund you fully if you wished to cancel.

Never received the email but its good to know they just havent left me out.

Okay...for those who havent recieved the email here it is:

Dear Customer

We regret to inform you that due to major flooding in South East Asia, we have had a few shortages on our deliveries of plants this week. Apparantly many of the plants harvested have actually been washed away. We are writing to advise that there will be an unavoidable delay until next week when we hope to receive our full order.

We apologise most sincerely and of course if you would prefer not to wait then we will of course offer a full refund but do hope you will bear with us so that we can fulfil your order next week.
