Dear Customer
We regret to inform you that due to major flooding in South East Asia, we have had a few shortages on our deliveries of plants this week. Apparantly many of the plants harvested have actually been washed away. We are writing to advise that there will be an unavoidable delay until next week when we hope to receive our full order.
We apologise most sincerely and of course if you would prefer not to wait then we will of course offer a full refund but do hope you will bear with us so that we can fulfil your order next week.
