Hey Guppygirl,
Yes, Charlie used to be a very good eventing Pony, but on a try out for an England team (a Long time ago!!lol) he had a really bad fall and damaged his spine and pelvis so he's in semi-retirement!lol He does showjumping and eventing still but just for fun! Besides, im at university now so dont have as much time!!!
He's treated like a pet now! He gets turned out to graze in the garden for most afternoons and when he gets hungry he pokes his head through the kitchen door and and takes a carrot (he knows where they're kept!!lol). He's adorable... would NEVER sell him! Gonna keep him forever!lol
