If they work there you will probably find they cant read or know how to use a computer! So you wont get an answer on here! :D

Perhaps send a PM to jenny6165 or sharkbaitwoohaha? :)

Nothing like a bit of common courtesy and friendliness towards fellow forum users

On my short time here I have come across 2 people that work at pets at home, both seem very knowledgeable and friendly, luckily I have only come across the one simpleton, who shall remain nameless

Or, you could do something that Corporate will be more likely to listen to, and call them yourself! They should be more willing to listen to the consumer than an employee. So call them!

It may be coincidence, but this thread sounds very much like climbing on the bandwagon from earlier threads this week. If you have a complaint against your local store, the best thing to do is to contact its manager. Sadly, there are problems with the management and attitude of many (not all) lfs, not least perhaps in the chain mentioned, but you need to point that out (politely) to the people who have a chance to turn things round.
As for this forum, the best thing we can do is not a weekly organised hate, but to make sure to warn members always to do their own research, never to impulse buy and always to get a second opinion before they accept advice from store staff.
But positive feedback is important too- once you've found a good store with knowledgeable staff, encourage it! We don't want all the ambitious lfs employees to get discouraged and take up a career in catering. For those of you who work for less reputable stores and put all your energy into changing things round- hang on in there! you're doing a great job and your efforts are appreciated.

If anyone has an issue with a store then it's their responsibility to give the appropriate feedback. Passing any comments on virtually to a member of the said staff, in the hope that they may read it (or more likely get reactions from other members, as we can see already) through a busy forum is not the answer.

Please don't bash. What you may see as a joke, the recipient(s) may well not.

I work at McDonalds and resent the earlier comment.

Not really, but if you're going to tell one person off for bashing - you could tell them both off ;)

Any job is better than the dole - and some people work in McDonalds not because they're thick, but because they have bills to pay.

Fair point, I missed that.

I don't see this thread going anywhere constructively.
