how does a pic get nominated?

first someone says that they nominate it for pic of the month then someone else has to second, after that im not sure. we got a nomination but i wasn't sure how it worked so it never happened.
but i will nominate that pic it's deffinitely cute!

My cat Smokey had kittens when I was 9 years old. I'm 22 now though so that was quit some time ago!

I'm excited but really nervous! I just hope they are all born healthy!

When that kitten gets big you can send it to me!!! I would love to have it, They look like little tigers. If you want to give it away I will sure take it.

oh, thanks but theses pics are 2 years old...if you like them look for a bengal rescue, they have purebreds who are ready for homes. I am no longer breedeing. 4 litters and that was it.
