Once again, this is another ten minute or so sketch This time, without outline.

Thank you! He was a lucky snatch at the local fish store Hes a chicken, though, and lets Moe (in the signature) intimidate him.



I'm so in love with Moe and Pearl... X_x Pearl got the better end of the pretty stick, though.

very cool is that pastel on black paper? or charcoal? I was planning on drawing some of my pretty boys too, bettas are perfect for drawing

Actually, it was done with my wacom tablet directly onto my computer. Since my laptop is only 16 bit color, I tend to get a more pastel color/feel when I'm drawing with it (and not as accurate tones.)

I used paintbrush and airbrush tools mixed with smudge and some other little tricks

I make such a mess on pastels

If only I had a lot of time, then I'd go into the betta drawing business. that would be fun.

awesome! i have a wacom tablet as well, but my cat decided to take the pen that came with it and hide it..so i can no longer use it! i wonder if they sell the pens seperate, cause that tablet is great to draw computer images with.
