Peaceful Shoaling Fish?

What about emperor tetras?

Exclamation tetras are literally less than a cm long and super cool but have only seen them once and can't find them on the Internet

Cant go wrong with penguins. They are lovely fish, bring movement to the tank, tend to stay together most of the time and stick to the top! :good:

Probably because its just a name your LFS made up. Wonder what species they are... they probably have another name! Never heard of exclamation tetras?

A good shoal of Emperor Tetras would look amazing with the black and purple colouring and the bright blue eyes on the males!

The other speciesis the Blue Tetra or King Blue Tetra or whatever people call them. Boehlkea Fredochui . They can benippy to long finned fish like guppies etc (so can emperors) but wouldnt likely touch cories and as a shoal, they look absolutely stunning! They get bright white tips to their fins which they flash at each other. They are a little more active than emperor tetras and fastr swimming.

Some lovely species that aren't blue and arent maybe as common as your normal cardinals and rummynose etc.
