If the spyware isn't deleating, it's because it's running currently. Install Spybot Search and Destroy, it will find it, and if it can't remove it there and then, it will ask to scan on the next re-boot to remove it. This leaves the regestory rather cluttered though, and can lead to crashes. I'd advise backing up data else where before attempting to fix it. Once Spybot gets it, run a regestory scanner to remove the shrapnel left behind, such as Abexo Free. The registory scanners can be harsh on Windows components, so make shure you are fully backed-up before using them
Removing spyware that is running is always risky to data and your operating system (windows) and other programs, so follow the above at your own risk. Alternatively, get a computer boffin to look at it for you.
