First of sadly the male is infertile as they have been breeding on and off for 4 years with no success.
After not breeding for about a year they have decided to again, yesterday, just before dinner I caught the female laying and the male trying to fertilize (on the filter), and both of them trying to defend, which they couldn't very well against synos, a CAE another parrot and a pearsei.Even when watching I saw the pearsei and catfish eat a few.After dinner all the eggs were gone, which I suspected.
Lucky I got my fair share of pics!Not good qaulity as they were taken on my phone but oh well.
