Looked at my bettas this morning and my heart sank. :-(
Two of them have little teeny white hairs all over their backs. I'm thinking they must be some sort of parasite. Its as if something has attached itself to the fish, one behind each scale? One of the fish looks like it might be having a bit of a slime coat problem as well, probably a symptom of the parasites. Unfortunately they are in a shared tank and there are other bettas who could also be infected.
Does this sound familiar to anyone and how do you treat it?

Edited for typo

Well, I have done that and I'm trying to find anything on it but just haven't been able to. It sounds like there is something that pond fish tend to get that might be it but I'm not sure.
I think I'll just get a parasite med and try it before its too late!
I'm just not sure which one I should try. I've never treated a betta for parasites before.
