Parasite Clear by Jungle

It seems as if my new swordtail has worms. I bougt parasite clear made by jungle for it, but am unsure if this is a good med or not. I know there are meds out there that some people say are worthless and I was wondering if this is one of them? They are fizzy tablets that you drop in the tank. Any replies would be great.

don't know about their parisite meds but the algae tabs that the have work great
