My cute little pandas have been spawning on and off but i only found 1 egg each time has they normally get eaten...

This morning i spotted 5 eggs that looked viable,so nabbed they before the fish did

So fingers crossed they hatch :)

Now have 5 wee fry :) i found 4 eggs this morning,i think maybe panda's again

Hi Harlequins :)

I've found that I can gather a lot of panda eggs by keeping them in a single species tank, keeping the tank free of hiding places except for what I provide, and using flat, hang on the side metal thermometers to give them a place to place their eggs. They spawn on the inside of the thermometer, between that and the glass. It's easy to just remove them and hatch the eggs in a separate container.

Thanks for the info inchworm :good: ,at the moment i have cory fry in both my spare tanks, one side with 0-3 wk albino & panda fry,and other one juvi corys around 4-8 wks old

So once this batch goes i can then get the adults in there,i think i have 2 females and 4 males pandas,so main tank is very frisky and the moment

The last 4 panda eggs hatched today :)

I would love the room to have lots of different tanks with breeding all my cories, like you have, fab set up

Thanks, Harlequins :) But, you know, you can never have enough tanks.

I have 2 empty tanks in the shed but no room for them unfortunately...
