Pandas And Wietzmani

Ok! so I have a 20 gallon, 10 gallon and 30 gallon tanks. the 10 gallon has 1 CT betta, the 20 has 6 guppies and a female betta. I would like to get pandas for the 10 if that's possible and wietzmani for the 20. So do they mix well with bettas and guppies? are the tanks too small? I was thinking like 4 or 5 of each. also both tanks are live plants. mainly bamboo. thanks!
