Anything marketed as "boosting oxygen levels in your tank" is a gimmick. Avoid.
Adequate circulation of the water will provide all the oxygen your fish need, assuming the tank isn't overstocked. Concentrate on the turnover rate. For a standard community of small (tetra-sized) fish, a turnover rate of 4-6 times the volume of the tank is ample. In other words, for 100 litre aquarium, a filter rated at 400 to 600 litres/hour is what you want.
Airstones connected to air pumps are an old fashioned way of adding water circulation. The bubbles *do not* force oxygen into the water. What rising columns of bubbles do is pull water from the bottom of the tank to the top, so that water can absorb oxygen. Any decent filter will do this anyway, which is why airstones are practically obsolete.
