Oxygen in the water question

If I have a water filter (Punguin Bio-Wheel 125), do I still need to have a air pump with a stone at the end? Or does the water filter add enough oxygen to the water?

how big is your tank and how powerful is the filter?
A lot of people say that as long as the filter creates enough water movement you do not need an air pump.

Filter is 125GPH

Tank is 10Gal US

It also depends on how many/size of fish that are kept in the 10 G tank.
If the tank is well stocked then it would be advisible to add an air bubbler in it, if it is understocked then you will be fine with your current setup

Get the air pump if for nothing else but to watch the fish play in it!!!!!!!!!!! My fish love it, its like a jungle gym for fishies. My snail even plays in it but I think hes trying to mate with it.
