Oxygen Bubbles

Hey there!
I wonder if anyone can help me Just recently I had done a water change and since then, my pump [i think its called something else, can't remember from the top my head] is not spinning when the flows through towards it This is causing less oxygen bubbles. Is there anyway to sort this problem out ?
