I have a 29/30 gallon (don't know the difference) the contents are in my sig. but i used to have all the rainbows together, I thought it was WAY overstocked so i separated them. There's an Aquaclear 150 and an airstone along with a fair amount of plants. I tried the surface area thing where you see how many inches of fish u can fit in the tank (i'm WAY over wen it comes to that) I was wondering wat is in there now is 2 much?? and if not, can I add some more australlians cuz I think they r lonely (since they r schooling fish n all)

i would say take out the pleco when it gets at least 7'', and might consider putting your betta into a seperet tank. after you do that you could easily get 6 neons- that would add some nice coloration to your tank.

I don't know about the other fish but I have some questions about the 55 gallon. Are you going to get a bigger tank later on? Those fish are going to need like 200 gallons to live semi-happily. AND SUPER FILTRATION!

Each oscar needs a minimum of 75 gallons, plus your pleco is going to get huge. How big are the fish now?

The pleco is only 4 inches its not getting ne bigger, the oscars arent big yet, its my moms tank so i dont know wut shell do bout em, the tank has a big filter already n the tank is completely covered with java fern so it stays extremely clean I know bout the future size of tank we'll need tho
