Overstocked Juwel 125?

Yay, I might be getting a Juwel 125 soon and I am really excited.

I want to save up for fishes so I want to know if im overstocked on these fish i want as I dont understand that one inch rule
5x Pygmy Gouramis
8x Neon T <<<< Bit worried as they are known fin nipper but my aunti has them in her tank and they are very peaceful towards guppys
4x Guppy
8x Some sort of small shrimp either cherry amano or glass
3x Oto

I think im overstocked!
I am aiming for a community tank I also hope to throw in a Red Tailed Black Shark which my aunti has absolutly no problem with as she has had it for about 12 years He is very peaceful with the neons and guppys and even the plec she has But i am a bit worried about how he will be with the guppys in this tank
If you dont like the fish i have here please advise me.

I did want angels but i think the tank is too small and the neons... well :l

That wouldnt be Overstocked at all, maybe get 3 gouramis and 10 tetras

neons like mature tanks, they can be sensitive to new tank set ups. what about some zebra danios instead?

A guy at my local LFS told me guppies arent really suited to new tanks either, dont know how accurate that is though.

Personally i'd add some cats, got 6 Sterbai myself and I absolutely love them, great fish!

Nice idea i might get zebras but i wasnt planning on added all of these fish as soon i have my cycled tank as Otos are really water sensitive.
I dont really like catfish but i do like Otos so im gettin a couple of them.

Does anyone know if i might get away with the shark?

Angels prefer Higher tank than Longer ones

I think the min size for angles is 18 inch high, and 3ft long
