Our Last Pearl Danio Not Well - Help!

Our last remaining Borg member (as we used to call them, lol! ) is looking very unwell. He's swimming around at a constant tilt to the left side, seems like he's struggling a little with his swimming too - not his usual torpedo self. I've just been watching him and noticed that his gills seem very red and there's a red mark running from his right gill down to the middle of his underneath (hope that makes sense) almost like a blood trickle kinda mark. I'll try and get a pic if I can to help you out. In the meantime - anyone know whats wrong?

How old is he.
The mark its in an injury.
I would issolate him and try a bacterial med.
Any bleeding beneath the skin.
Any signs of darting, erratic swimming, flicking and rubbing, excess mucas, sores on the fish body.

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
