nice tank's not sure those NW cichlids should be in with the african's though, they require different water conditions so shouldn't really be together. Tank layout's and design are lovely though :good:

never thought of doing the ocean rock and barnicles in a tropical tank! love the look!

nice tanks good job :good:

that 16 gall is way , way too small for the parrot, never mind the gold severums as well,

but I realy like the 210 litre tank, :good: :)

Thanks i'm glad you like my tanks! :D I wanted the rock tank to look like a marine tank rather than tropical. I'm really please with it :) The Parrot & Severums are in their temporarily untill I can upgrade to a bigger tank.

nice tanks! the jewels shouldnt be with the firemouths, as cool as they look in the same tank the do need different conditions and jewels are also really aggressive so keep an eye out for them!! bigger tank needed, and if your going to have a species tank like malawis it should be kept to that. sorry!!!

Love the background on your planted tank. Where did you get it and how much? :hey:
Very nice tanks both of them B) Well set out :)

Actually I made it myself! It took weeks of soaking, sawing, and gluing cork bark together. The sawing was extremely hard work and on a whole took much longer than expected. The end result is lovely but it is slowly curling back to it's original shape and coming unstuck at the edges :/ Hopefully it won't budge too much more now though! It's worth doing if you've got the time, energy and patience!

love the tanks, but watch out for your planted tank with an exposed side to a sunny window like that it's an alge maker.

Looks really impessive and natural and a good back drop for the green plants :)
I have a 5' tank, so I think trying to cover that area would be a bit of a nightmare..lol
Thanks for the info :good:

nice looking tanks you got there, also noticed you have a sailfin pleco in a 16 gallon? Don't want to sound like a moaner or anything but i think that might need a bigger talk also?
