i know their herbivores, so will they make a snack out of my live plants?

also, will they eat brown algae?

i currently have a limnophila sessiflora and somejava moss in there. i assume they will be fine?

2 more q's:

1. will they be fine with serpae tetras and zebra danios?

2. what is the best quantity to get? will they live as singles or pairs?

yep i would say 4 or more too, with 6+ being preferable, but make sure they wont be starved and your tank is mature (6 months+) and buy 1 for every 10 litres

Ok one more thing:

What are some common vegetables that I could feed to them and how should they be prepared?

Am just there fully grown adults and iv got enough nutrient/co2
I will get I pic next time there eating it.

so algae and algae wafers should be the staple, and cuc's as a treat?

i've read people also feed spinach and zucchini. are these good for the once-a-week thing?

mine eat vallis they have striped them down so much.

Are you sure it's the Otos?. I've had them for several years and, while they're always on the Vallis and Cabomba, they're eating OFF them, not eating the plants themselves.
