Fish Herder
hi guys, i currently have 3 otos in a 25G along with a msytery snail and 3 ghost shrimps.
I thought they were okay, until today something clicked in my head, and realized that they are going to need some other soruce of food either htan algae (there's hardly any in my tank).
I wnated to get them sinking algae wafers, but i have no idea how i would be able to attract hte otos becease i'm afraid the ghost shirmps or my other fish will jsut eat it all before the otos even realize its there.
I was thinking of putting in a piece of lettuce or cucumber for my mystery snail so it won't attack my plants. Will otos eat those too? (betas me spending $5.99 on a tiny bag of algae wafers). Or will they eat the algae wafers only?
okay if i HAD to buy them (that'll make it the fourth tyep of foodt aht i feed my tank), how often do i feed them algae wafers (please dont' say everyday, i'll go poor
). i'm hoping i can get away with giving my otos veggies.
