oscars with ich

my two oscars have ich...what should i do? a couple of my fish have already died and i cant go to the pet store tonight to buy treatments, so should i put them in another tank? what type of medication should i buy...how soon do i need it?

One of the best treatments for ich is to raise the temp a couple of degrees at a time until about 80. and add meds when you can. Treat until at least a week to 10 days after all visible symptoms are gone. Treat the whole tank and remove any carbon in the filter. HTH
