As said before by us guys on chat a 12" (1') oscar isn't a good choice for 55gal, let alone the 37 (?) gal you have moved him to.
REMEMBER
Do not feed him mice, he'll get fatty deposits in his liver which WILL eventually kill him, they're just not meant to eat red meat.

true, a much larger tank is needed to keep a silver arowana adequately, a 8ft X 3ft is considered a bare minimum
