ornate rainbow not eating/ bruised

i have an orante ranibow in with my other ranibows in my 20 gallon and the fish looks like it survived war but none of the other fish have done anyhting to it. it is not eating and i do not have an avaliable quarintine tank. what should i do, thanx

As you no not eating is not a good sign where is the bruising, does it look like it bleeding under the skin.

Can you describe its symtoms in more detail or/and get pics showing them?
Does the fish's skin look covered in red streaks/blotchs or grey slimey areas or open red sores etc?
How is the fish behaving other than eating- is it being lethargic and hiding away all the time and what is you recent ammonia, nitrate and nitrite stats?
