Ornamental Fish?

If something says for ornamental fish only, wat does that mean sorry for thicko question

It means fish that are kept for reasons other than for food or sport fishing.

E.g. a ghost carp in a garden pond would be considered ornamental, if it was in a fishing lake it wouldn't.

Or something along those lines ;-)
