Can anyone recommend to me where to order from online that is cheap and offers quick and cheap shipping? Also, can anyone give me some plants that will help me create a good aqua scape that aren't too hard to take care of and not extremely expensive (and if they could cover my filter intake tube and heater that would be even better)...Thanks.

There is a list of easy care plants pinned at the top of the planed forum, by Llj, any of those woudl be suitable

I live in Clovis, CA (next to Fresno in the central valley). The only plants I have been able to find is some at a few chain stores like Petsmart, etc. Nothing really good for me to buy there, although I might buy a couple anacharis for $2 a pop just to stock till I get a plant order in.

You need express shipping if you want your plants to survive the trip...unfortunately express delivery isn't cheap.

Option 2...You can try to order plants from your LFS.
