I am trying to use the same reasoning with the man-wife - we have a lovely 10 foot long wall behind the sofa in our living room that is just begging to have a custom tank along it! he's not convinced though... can't think why

Me tooo. Have a nice long wall in the living room. I have talked about it, although I've just got negative response.
I did talk about kicking the kids out too, three nice big fish rooms. Wouldn't have to build a shed for my tanks then but she just laughed.
I'm unsure whether that was a aye or naaaaw though.

I have also suggested the very same thing! And also turning the garage into a fish house - he wasn't impressed about that as then he'd have nowhere to put the bike...!
