Is this a good tank and what fish and other things can I stock in one.

I think most will reccomend you go for the 550 rather than the 450. The 450 is going to be hard to maintain stable water parameters due to its size and also your stocking options are very limited with the 450.

I'm afraid not, it is far too small - you require a tank of at least 2o gallons, 25/30 gallons being ideal

Boyu 550 - I am biased re this tank, I had one and loved it, wish I had never sold it!
