for people to be slating businesses, thus reducing custom. and also these silly threads about betta cruelty etc. is it just me or do the daily repetitiveness of these kind of posts get on your nerves?

Where's the "silly Betta threads"?

I've read 2 threads about Bettas, 1 being 2 males in together, the other Bettas looking awful ... wouldn't call them silly at all

I like to read about peoples opinions of LFS ... saves me a wasted journey

People like to sound off about what upsets them and what better place to do it. When people have something to share, whether it be good or bad, they like to do that with a loved one or friend.
Many people find that their loved one/friends aren't quite as interested in fish as they are, so what better place to come!

i agree yes, my mom and dad dont give a stuff. he says i am wasting my money- but then again he thinks you can keep a goldfish in an unfiltered small tank- try telling him!- i have given up lol

I kinda like reading about peoples new bettas and looking to see how they grow and how the tank matures, so i disagree, and the ones about stupid tanks may open peoples eyes or just give a topic to discuss.

At least this is usually only in the betta section, a strange and frightening place where it's said that a giant monster hides.

But on the other matter you have to see truck is there are new memebrs constantly frequenting this forum on a daily basis, so what youve seen 10 times in recent times others havent seen at all, as others have said the title gives it away if you dont want to know or read then dont open the thread. Simple really.

I tend not to read the awful threads as there upsetting and you can't do anything about it. It just makes my blood pressure go up.
