Opinions On My Fish Plan For My Tank?

Hi all, i just bought my first tank and its currently cycling so i've been thinking about what fish to have. Its just under 15 gallons (60 litres).

6-8 Neon Tetra's
4-6 Harlequin Rasboras or Cherry Barbs

That sounds alright?

Side note: January I may upgrade to 24 gallons.

Well i think that set up sounds good to me, you could add a few small corys aswell like pandas to bring variety
