i have kept and successfully bred some of my corys and and currently raising a single fry from a tiny batch of eggs that were poorly fertilised.
In my tank i have 3 species metae, julli, robinae and the other day i noticed that one of the juveniles has the body of a metae cory but the spotted tail of a julli
It wasnt deliberate and i haven't heard of corydoras cross breeding before
i was wondering if anybody else have had this/similar happen
and dw im not going to force it id rather have perfect examples of true species than hybrids
thanks
ps it is a pretty fish mind you i will try and get a photo but its small and in a large tank also its extremely shy
