I always have nighmares about problems with my tank then am releived when i wake up. At the moment i keep dreaming about finding more fry in my tank since 2 of my platys are heavily pregnant and i already have some 2 week old fry! lol

Say if I'm out somewhere I always think of:
When the light needs to go off, next feed, what I'd do if I came back and all my fish were dead and if I get ran over by a train who will look after them!

It was like some 50ft tank! I had to have scuba divers to clean it

I was going to say you bought a lottery ticket (good idea in fact because a lot of my dreams happen so if that were me I'd have a lotto ticket already! ) but a 50 foot tank works too!!!!!!
Can I be on the crew of divers to clean it?!?!?!!? I'm a certified diver.

have dreams about fish tanks you never knew you had, finding lots of fry and species of fish in your tank that you never knew you had because they come out in the night and you spot all of them randomly ?

i have weird dreams thanks to keeping fish and yes 1,2,4,5 and 6 haha

One odd thing about my dreams is... that some of them come true exactly in that same day and I'm like DEJA VU!
When I was a kid, I used to dream that a fish had fry... then I woke up and was already catching REAL fry and putting them aside.
Other dreams that came true / elements of them appeared in reality: Earthquakes (twice), finding a jar of jam in the kitchen (one that I never knew there was), a cat entering my house (and it did, just 30 minutes later, it was neighbor's cat), giving 10 RON to someone (and in real life I had to lend my mom exact sum).

And a nightmare related to my fish tank: dreaming that my mom put my filter out of the tank and it dried up, or she stopped it for several days. X_X

glad to hear Im not the only one!!! Some of mine are like wining a contest. As soon as I woke up the phone rang and it was somebody calling from he contest I entered telling me I'd won free baseball game tickets, having the school power go out which it did that day and we all had to go home! apparently the backup generator was out of battery lol. (that was in my dream too )
And lots more but too many to name!

One case of deja vu en masse:
The teacher began to speak about our day's lesson. She started with something we ALL seemed familiar with.
Some of us (me included) stated that we remember doing that lesson a while ago.
The teacher was like "What? When? Show me your notebooks."
We did so... but NO ONE had that lesson.
Why did we already know about it and exactly what the teacher was going to write, as if we already had that lesson before? We certainly didn't, as no one had it written, but we could have sworn we did.
That day was the most awkward day ever.

My opinion on these kinds of events?
It has happened before, it was erased, it is happening again, probably will keep happening, but some memories remain. Odd, huh?

Yesterday we had a huge thunderstorm roll through. I wasn't thinking about power outages. I was thinking "Maybe the pressure change will induce spawning amongst my breeding pairs!!" MY jacks spawned during the last big storm lol

Mine are:

I spend most of my weekends browsing various fish shops. (four today!)

I am thinking about the next tank even though the fourth tank is still cycling.

I check ebay on a daily basis to see if there is another bargain.

I burst into tears this morning because I thought my platy teen was dead. Husband had to calm me down and then we realized she was just sleeping.

I am not in a stable job situation at the moment, but as soon as I have money it gets spent on fish.

I know that the next house we buy will have a fish room and at least a 6 footer in the living room.
