Im still fuming about this.

I ordered a rekord 120 on 24th august. Paid £124.06 delivered which is the best I could find on the net, but there seems theres a reason why the price is so low.

I was told the following thursday that my tank would be delivered the next day. Great I thought. Later that evening I get a call again..my tank along with some others wouldnt fit on the TNT van so they wont be dispatched until next monday and arrive tuesday. Bit strange I thought seeing as though friday is a working day but I said ok seeing as though its only 4 days. I wait in all tuesday...no tank. After much time spent trying 2 contact them I finally do. Apparently the paperwork has gone through and TNT will pick it up at night and I will recieve a tracking email and it would be here with me today. At night I never recieved an email of a tracking number and my doubts began to form.

Today...no tank..im starting to see a pattern forming and im getting more and more annoyed..fair enough if it doesnt come for 2 weeks but to say it is,making me wait in all day off work is taking it too far!

DONT EVER USE THEM! they are quite simply the worst company I've ever used!!!

I wondered how you were getting on with em. I escalated my paypal dispute with them, after no word via email, telephone, no reply on that number you gave me either. Escalated Saturday, which basically locks down their paypal account Monday morning I received a full refund, no message, no explanation of what happened with my order, but I got a refund so I dont care.

How did you pay them? If it was me, I would get a refund and tell them to stuff their order.

And I agree Dont use them.

I paid with paypal so I could do. I think im going to try ringing them tonight and if theres no answer Im going to use paypal dispute.

I just had to get it off my chest and hope to help other users here to avoid the problem Ive had.

Start the dispute anyway - you dont have to escalate it yet, might give them a push if you tell them if/when you can get hold of them.

I am also waiting for an item that i orderd for a friend over a week and a half ago from them.
