Online Fish Delivery

As title says, anyone in the uk, used and can recommend a good online live fish delivery services? Looked at Aquatics to your door but delivery is a bit steep £24 on a Saturday and the small amount of fish I wanted only came to £20!!

I've used APC before, depending on area start at 10 pounds per box and have always been good, in my experience.

Funnily enough I have just been looking at there eBay page. Looks good, where are you into relation to them, Have you tested the water PH GH KH from them compared to yours at home?

Do you float extra long, don't let the 2 water sources mix when your putting the fish in your own tank etc?

I took about 2 hours to introduce my fish into the tank. As it's a bit different from the norm.

I didn't mix their water into mine when introducing the fish, i never do. I take some of my water and float the bags in a bucket and mix them that way. So I never put any of their water in my tank...I then just discard the bucket.

I'm probably about 3 hours away, but fish came promptly this morning. Just before 9. So good service.

You could also try Sweet Knowle Aquatics based in Stratford. I don't buy fish from them online, but they are a pretty good store and have an online courier service.

£19 for all the fish (in my signature) but £24 delivery on a Saturday, so maybe that price for delivery is about right (about the same as Aquatics to your Door), I knew it would be expensive, just not how expensive.

Seriously, check out Trimar! The delivery there was 10-15 pounds for me, I don't think the prices have changes much recently..

Delivery is £12 from Kesgrave. Regardless of how many fish you have. Obviously more for a Saturday delivery. That's couriers for ya!
