One Quick Question.

Would cardinal tetra be eaten by any of these fish ? The fish are Spotted dora (not striped), banjo catfish and finally south american bumble bee catfish.

Yup considering they are all catfish it is not safe. they eat whatever they can fit in their mouths.
 
Try something bigger like diamond tetras or any of the larger characins

I am planning to carry Head and Taillights, they have a much thicker body than Cardinals and Neons. Pretty too.
