Hey guys, planted my tank out about a week ago now and its started to grow in nicely so thought I'd share a few pictures with you

Not entirely happy with my scape so looking for some suggestions what I can do with it, I mean, it's alright but.... I want better :hyper:

FTS: Ignore the fry net, its housing 4 Apisto Cac. fry until they're a little larger and a black background is high on the list of things to do.

Talking of Apisto Cac.'s here's my rapidly growing triple red

Would of got some snaps of my Bronze Cory gang and Harlequins but they don't stay still long enough lol, and the Otos are lost in there somewhere, rarely see those guys :look:

Enjoy

Thanks very much, they were taken with my Phone too believe it or not  Couldn't be bothered to go dig out my DSLR but they came out much better than I thought they would

I think the Bolivians are my favourite fish that I own, very interesting to watch.

Thanks :good:

I have a Sony Ericsson Vivaz, has a pretty awesome 8.1MP HD camera and takes DSLR quality pictures without the hassle of a DSLR IMO and I own both. Phones getting on a bit now but the camera is still absolutely epic

Had the camera out so set it all up and had a quick blast, not the best of pictures but not the worst either

Recently started up Tank 4, Cherry shrimp only in this one, went for a slight Iwagumi-esque feel, does it work?

Got some Riccia propagating to make a carpet for the front right just infront of the big stone :shifty:

That's enough for now  :good:

Seeing as I was elbow deep in tank water again I thought I may aswell grab a few quick pictures, excuse the slightly poor quality on a few oh and the dirt tanks (cleaning is due tomorrow, honest!)

Hope you enjoy! Any criticisms welcomed as I'm always looking to improve my tanks :good:

Update now I've added a bit of stargrass to grow and general plant growth after I've started daily Excel dosing

Got a slight Algae problem on my wood, been spot dosing Excel but to no avail

The photos are excellent you must be very proud of that tank, the dark substrate is very impressive I may get some of that myself as my fish look a little washed out at times :good:

Great looking tank ! Could you list what plants you have and how many of each ? It would be useful for me and others about to start on the green side, to know how many of different things look in a tank... What is the substrate ?
