....and another dog for my Christmas list.....lol - she's beautiful!
At least she looks cuddly - our lurcher Sky is all bones (old creaking ones at that lol), and at roughly 12yrs old she still loves to come up for a snuggle on her dad's lap (she cant get up on me any more as I cant cope with her weight with my bad pelvis). She's all elbows though lol - it doesn't half hurt when she's trying to get comfy!
Yes, Lola is very cuddly. if you are sitting in the tv room, she has to be touching you somehow, either on your lap or laying on your feet. The only problem, I find, is that she is still very young, but she is a big girl, and so I don't think she quite understands that it isn't okay to continually jump at people. She was spayed on Monday so I think that might calm her down
You should speak to KathyM on here, she has a beautiful bullmastiff girl, who was 5 months old, absolutely humungus and completely untrained when she got her. With some clicker training (and to be fair, some hard work on Kathy's part - but worthwhile), she's now much better behaved - a real dream. When Kathy first got her, I had to hold her lead while she nipped into a shop once, and she dragged me along after her and nearly took me into the road Now she knows how to behave herself, even if she has a lapse she is gentle with me. I love her, and if it wasn't for the fact Sky's an evil Joan Collins-a-like ***** with other dogs (only living with them, meeting them, playing with them and walking with them she's fine lol), I'd have pinched her to live with me a long time ago lol.
