On pins and needles!

My 9 fish from Nashnut should be arriving before 2 PM or so, it's almost 10 now... And I am SO excited! EVERYTIME I hear a large vehicle STOP, I RUN out into the livingroom and check the front and side yard! (I live at an intersecion with 4 stop signs, so this is about once every 10 minutes) I can't help but run out ^^

I can't wait for my little babies! My camera batteries are very close to dead, so I might end up with webcam pictures

I just can't stand the suspense! It's KILLING ME! The feeling, KNOWING it could be seconds or hours... And just WAITING. I feel like I'm about to explode into 86 million billion peices!!!

I'll post the second they arrive with any photos I can take before the camera completly dies I might make the delivery man pose and smile!

Here are just a few, to spoil you I intend to get lots of pictures of all 10, but these were the only good photos I could get before the camera died


This is number 206, I believe. Well, I'm calling him #9 since he's in the tank labeled "9".


This is L006, who I'm calling 10, as he's on my desk tank labeled 10


And this is "#9", who I'm not sure what number he was on Nashnuts list ^___^ Might not of been on here.

out of curiosity, what kind of sand is that?

It's white marine sand. I didn't really WANT marine sand, but for SOME reason, only one petstore within a 10 mile radius of me CARRIES sand, and they only carry marine sand.

I'm worried about one of the 'randoms' I got. he's REALLY pretty, smaller and more curzy and shapy then the others, look like he will be absolutly stunning! But, he seems very lethartic... He has just been laying at the bottom of his tank. I hope it's just the shock of the transport But he did eat 2 bloodworms, so I suppose that is hopeful.

He actually looks more like a betta/guppy hybrid to me His body seems to have more of a guppy shape! He's adorable, I'll try for some good photos when he perks up

Just a suggestions for the battery issue. My camera takes 4 AA batteries. I have 8 Optex CamPower Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable batteries. When one set dies, I put it on the charger and put the fully charged set in. That way I always have batteries. Another thing about them, they last FOREVER! I have filled my memory card 5 or 6 times (about 190 photos), and I still have full battery power. I take LOTS of pictures of my fish. I can't help it ) . I have no idea on the cost of the batteries or the charger, my mom got them for me when I graduated college.

I picked up a charger and four batteries for $10 at WM. Camera only requires two at a time, and they seem to last longer than the non-rechargeable ones. MUCH more convenient.

I have rechargable, I just keep losing them and accidentally picthing them

it looks like the first is a male, and the 2 others are females, but I could be wrong. If they are, I think #1, and #3 would make a good pair.
