Atticus changes colors all the time He's still the same you just have to get him really ticked off for him to get as bright as some of the other pictures I have of him and my avatar. He's really hard to photograph, because when he does get excited he doesn't do the flare-pace-freeze thing that most bettas do, he just go absolutely nuts
