Old Lady Needs Help

They seem to be ok now. They are still swimming about and not gasping. They are also eating - a lot.
Thought I dont feed them too much because im worried the ammonia will spike.
 
I tested the water today - 
nitrite 0 and ammonia also  0
 
Fingers crossed that everything goes ok
Will keep monitoring

Hi all. 

I did a big water change.
Nitrite and ammonia levels all back to zero later that night and the next morning.
Looks like it has stabilised. The fish are all swimming about normally and eating well.
