Okay, so I do think the parasites are getting better... he hasn't been flashing nearly as much the last couple of days... but I think he has fungus now. I thought he did before, but now I'm almost certain. He has a lot of white spots on his "chin" and a big white patch that stretches from his "chin" to right behind his ventrals. He also has a couple small spots on those little clear fins by his gills. It wasn't this bad... I was treating with Aquarium salt, CopperSafe, and BettaFix, and I was keeping his water at 80-82 degrees. Well, My roommate decided to open the window last night :X . It's COLD outside here, and Sakana's water dropped to 70 degrees last night, even with his aquarium light on. So, now he's a little listless. I got a picture... I just need to upload it.

Even with the meds, the fungus wasn't getting worse, but it wasn't getting much better, either. I looked for BettaMAX but couldn't find it. Besides getting his water warmed back up, does anyone have any ideas?

Those clear fins by his gills are called pectorals :) Do a large water change (make sure the temperature of the new de-chlorinated water is ok) and then continue treatment like you were. Make sure he is in a warm place but also turn off the aquarium lights during the night - they should only be on for a max of 12 hours a day (if that isn't what you're doing already). Make sure his water's condition is stable and the temperature doesn't fluctuate. Large changes will stress him which will only make him more succeptible to disease. Consider getting one of those miniature heaters for his tank. When you said 'flashing' did you mean flaring? Flaring generally suggests a healthy, alert betta.

no, I meant flashing. He would dart back and forth and then rub his face against the side of the tank.

I was planning on doing a 100% wc today, anyways, so I will do that soon. There hasn't been any need for a water heater until last night because his tank is only 1 Gal. and our room is usually warm. I told my roommate she is no longer allowed to open the window. :p

Is there anything else I can do for the fungus besides what I'm already doing, though?

I don't think so. Just lots of clean water and good food.
